Passionate dedicated happiness and humor agent with strong experience applying positive psychology in the industry with success stories. Her happiness and leadership initiatives have achieved local and corporate recognition in the manufacturing area. Suannette holds a Ph.D. in I/O Psychology and has presented scientific research among professional associations. Her humor dissertation is the first one in Puerto Rico that explores how happiness and humor can be leveraged in the business world. Vidal is certificated in Neuroscience & Leadership, Lego Serious Play and in prototype and development of gamification strategies.In addition to be consultant , Vidal is a professor of Training, Consulting and Organizational Development at Carlos Albizu University.

Passionate dedicated HR change agent with 21-year portfolio of success driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, change management, performance management, employee engagement, retention, coaching, recognition, competency, team building, and process improvement initiatives primarily for Fortune 500, Big 4 companies and Global Law Firms. Elena has been instrumental in leading change management efforts in post-acquisition and site shut- down phases in different regions like Puerto Rico, USA, Europe & Latin America. Also, has been recognized by her designs of leadership and High Potential Programs.
Elena holds Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology with several leadership and assessments certifications, like Hogan Assessments, MBTI, Targeted Selection, Strategic Planning & Execution.
